SAP Fieldglass is a specialized vendor management system (VMS) designed to oversee contingent workforce and services procurement lifecycle. This 40-hour training immerses participants in all aspects: from requisition to onboarding, timesheet tracking, invoicing, and analytics—empowering organizations to optimize workforce spend, drive compliance, and gain real-time operational visibility
During the course, learners embark on real-world process simulations: configuring foundational data (company structures, user roles, workflows, messaging), running job-posting to candidate selection cycles, and managing assignment lifecycles within the Contingent Workforce module . SOW engagement workflows are also covered, teaching scope definition, milestone setup, budget tracking, and change management.
Timesheet and expense modules feature hands-on labs for building approval workflows, integrating pay rates with invoicing, and syncing with ERP or payroll systems. The Integration Fundamentals module guides participants through connector setup via Configuration Manager, data upload/download management, and troubleshooting methods
Analytics training equips users with tools to create and schedule customized reports, monitor KPIs, and utilize audit logs. A dedicated Advanced Analytics module unveils deeper insights and reporting administration techniques . Security and compliance administration covers role-based access control, data privacy best practices, and message management workflows.
The program concludes with a capstone implementation, moving through full VMS flows from initial setup to analytics and mock certification exercises.
