About Course
SAP Ariba is the leading cloud-based platform for procurement and supply chain excellence. This 40-hour training equips participants with end-to-end skills—from guided buying and contract management to sourcing events, supplier enablement, and spend analytics.
Learners begin with an introduction to Ariba’s solution architecture, exploring its platform capabilities and benefits in transforming traditional procurement processes The program then dives into Procurement, covering guided requisitioning, purchase order lifecycle, goods receipt, and supplier collaboration.
Next, participants master Catalog and Invoice Management, including configuration of catalogs, invoice approval workflows, dispute resolution, and supplier invoicing integration In the Sourcing & Auctions module, they build and manage RFI/RFP events, conduct reverse and forward auctions, and evaluate supplier bids for optimal award decisions
Contract Management focuses on workspace creation, legal terms, compliance checks, and renewal strategies, complemented by reporting frameworks . The Supplier & Network Enablement unit covers onboarding, performance assessment, portal navigation, and Ariba Network connectivity
Integration modules walk through ERP connectivity using Cloud Integration Gateway, addressing payload transformation, IDocs, proxies, and error resolution . Spend Analysis sessions introduce Ariba’s analytics suite for KPIs, dashboards, and spend optimization strategies
Advanced modules cover Upstream sourcing, Discovery platform for engaging new suppliers, and robust administration and monitoring techniques . The training culminates in a Capstone project, encompassing the full process from requisition to invoice, enhanced with polling sessions and certification coaching.
