Course Overview
About Course
Microsoft Power Platform is a powerful suite of low-code tools—Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Pages—designed to empower users to build business apps, streamline workflows, analyze data, and create intelligent chatbots. The 40‑hour training program delivers an end-to-end, hands-on experience—from fundamentals to real-world solution delivery
Training begins with a foundational orientation, clarifying components, architecture, security, environments, and governance. It then dives into Dataverse: modeling data, managing relationships, configuring business rules, and crafting model-driven applications to shape the data backbone .
In the canvas app segment, participants build immersive UIs using Power Fx, connecting components to back-end services, automation logic, and responsive design principles. Subsequent modules cover Power Automate, where learners deploy cloud and desktop flows with robust error handling, approvals, and real-time integrations, even exploring licensing and rate-limiting constraints
Power BI training equips them to clean, model, visualize, and publish data insights, complete with refresh scheduling and embedding. They’ll also learn to implement conversational bots via Power Virtual Agents and build secure, external-facing Power Pages sites .
Advanced modules focus on integration via custom connectors, calls to Microsoft 365/Azure services, and Power Fx development for UI extension and logic automation. Governance topics round out the curriculum, including environment management, ALM, security roles, auditing, and handling API and flow limits .
Learners consolidate their skills through a capstone project—designing a cohesive business solution across data modeling, apps, automation, reporting, and governance—fully preparing them for Microsoft certification (PL-900/PL-200) and real-world Power Platform roles. With expert instruction, certifications, career guidance, and ongoing access to labs and learning communities, participants emerge equipped to drive digital transformation and business innovation using Microsoft Power Platform.
