Course Overview
About Course
Design thinking is a human-centered, iterative problem-solving methodology that combines deep empathy, bold ideation, and rapid prototyping to surface innovative solutions. Backed by leading institutions like Harvard Business School Online, IDEO, and Stanford, it’s a powerful mindset shift for tackling “wicked,” complex challenges with confidence and creativity
Our 40‑Hour Design Thinking Training threads together immersive, practice-based learning across the full innovation lifecycle: empathizing with users through interviews and observations; defining clear problem statements; unleashing ideation via creative thinking techniques; prototyping tangible solutions; and validating through user testing and iteration .
The program empowers participants to scale ideas thoughtfully—moving from prototype to MVP while fostering stakeholder alignment and actionable roadmaps . Modules emphasize collaborative team dynamics, teaching participants to apply co‑creation, cross-functional facilitation, and agile/lean thinking—turning design into an organizational muscle .
During the capstone project, attendees apply each phase to a real-world challenge—conducting research, prototyping, testing, and delivering a story-driven solution presentation that culminates in reflection and feedback from peers and instructors.
Participants gain a robust toolkit—empathy maps, journey maps, ideation cards, prototyping methods—and learn to lead cultural transformation through innovation principles, overcoming cognitive fixedness, and sustaining a creative ecosystem
Upon completion, graduates are equipped not just with design skills, but with the mindset to drive empathic, effective innovation. They’re ready to tackle complex business, social, or product challenges, foster a human-centered culture, and deliver lasting impact across roles in design, product, strategy, and leadership.
