Course Overview

About Course

In today’s adaptive software world, organizations need Scrum Masters who can enable high-performing, self-managed teams. This 40-hour Scrum Master Training offers a comprehensive journey—from foundational principles to real-world facilitation and organizational coaching—empowering participants to drive Agile success at scale.

We begin by grounding learners in Scrum’s empirical model: the three pillars—transparency, inspection, adaptation—and the core values permeating every effective team. Participants contrast Agile with traditional methodologies like Waterfall, fostering mindset shifts essential for transformation.

Next, attention shifts to Scrum roles. The Scrum Master, as a servant leader and facilitator, learns to coach teams and Product Owners, remove impediments, and nurture self-organization. Role-playing exercises and conflict-resolution labs build practical skills.

Scrum ceremoy structure is then demystified. Through live simulations of Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives, participants master facilitation, ensuring productive and purpose-driven meetings. Writing quality backlog items and managing grooming sessions reinforces the Product Owner partnership.

Estimation and planning modules introduce planning poker, story point estimation, velocity tracking, and burn‑down dashboards—building competency to forecast delivery and manage stakeholder expectation.

We also include advanced practices like Scrum scaling (Scrum-of-Scrums, SAFe) and aligning Agile with DevOps through CI/CD, facilitating better flow and automation. Continuous improvement becomes tangible via metric dashboards and retrospectives coaching.

Dedicated certification prep covers the CSM and PSM exams, combining Scrum Guide exploration, practice exams, and coaching. The capstone Sprint simulation allows attendees to run a full Scrum cycle, designing backlog, guiding ceremonies, resolving conflicts, and reflecting on team performance.

Finally, we explore organizational change—how Scrum Masters influence stakeholders, cultivate agility, and foster continuous improvement beyond single teams. With live coaching, role simulations, and workplace case studies, graduates emerge ready to foster high-performing Agile teams, scale Scrum across the enterprise, and support sustainable Agile transformation. Certified, confident, and equipped, they’re prepared to lead with purpose.
