Course Overview
About Course
SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) is the core module for managing the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle in SAP ERP environments, widely adopted in industries for sales, shipping, billing, and credit control. This 40-hour training empowers participants to configure, customize, and manage sales processes with practical insight.
Starting with SAP organizational units, learners set up company codes, sales organizations, distribution channels, and shipping points. They configure master data—customer, material, condition, and info record set-up—key for seamless transactions. In Sales Order Processing, they master document types, item categories, schedule lines, ATP checks, and copy control mechanisms.
Pricing and discounts training dives into the condition technique: access sequences, pricing procedures, rebates, free goods, and pricing integration. Shipping and transportation modules teach delivery scheduling, picking, packing, PGI, and route determination for optimized logistics.
Billing and invoicing sessions cover billing plans, credit/debit memos, intercompany invoicing, and account integration. In Credit Management, participants configure credit limits and checks to reduce order risk. Advanced scenarios include intercompany, third-party processing, returns, consignment, batch processing, foreign trade setup, and backorder handling.
Integration sessions emphasize seamless connection with MM (availability), FI/CO (revenue posting), PP, and CRM modules. Reporting labs guide learners through standard SD information systems and analytics dashboards for operational insights. Customization tools focus on IMG configuration, output determination, user exits, and text enhancements.
Training culminates in a robust capstone: end-to-end simulation from master data setup to order creation, delivery, billing, and reporting. Additional exam prep aligns with the SAP C_TSCM62_67 SD certification. Delivered in live-sandbox format, it emphasizes practical mastery, real-world scenarios, and professional growth support—including mock interviews and resume building. Participants emerge ready for roles as SAP SD Consultants, Analysts, or ERP Functional Specialists, fully equipped for certification and enterprise deployment.
