Course Overview
About Course
SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) Training offers a comprehensive 40‑hour immersion into SAP’s advanced suite—covering everything from demand forecasting and supply network planning to production scheduling, warehouse execution, and transportation management.
Learners begin with an overview of SAP SCM’s architecture and core components—APO, EWM, TM, and SNC—understanding how they interact within S/4HANA or ECC environments. Master data setup follows: creating planning nodes, resources, production process models (PPM), and production data structures (PDS) to support accurate planning pipelines
Demand Planning modules dive into PIR creation, statistical forecasting, planning books, macros, and scenario simulation. In parallel, Supply Network Planning teaches optimization heuristics and CTM processes across a multi-echelon network
Production-focused modules cover integration of planning output with ECC via CIF, global ATP for confirmations, and shop-floor sequencing using PPDS. Warehouse execution is supported through extended warehouse scenarios, including handling units and bin management, while transportation planning covers logistics flows and route configurations .
To ensure end-to-end visibility, training includes practical use of the Event Manager and SCM Cockpit for real-time supply chain exception handling . The program culminates in a capstone project that simulates a full SCM cycle—creating master data, running forecasts, resolving exceptions, executing schedules, and monitoring outcomes.
With live SAP sandbox environments, certification-aligned content, career coaching, and a real-world capstone, graduates are equipped for roles such as SAP SCM Consultant, Demand Planner, Supply Chain Analyst, or Logistics Manager. This training empowers professionals to orchestrate efficient, resilient, and integrated supply chains using SAP’s powerful SCM platform.
