SAP S/4HANA represents the next generation in SAP’s enterprise management suite, delivering real-time analytics and simplified processes via an in-memory database architecture. This 40‑hour training equips participants with a broad yet deep foundation across core business areas: procurement, sales, production, finance, and analytics. Learners begin with essential navigation in SAP GUI and Fiori, learning to customize UX environments for role-based usage
Master data and core organizational setup is covered early, establishing the backbone for integrated processes spanning materials management and sales order execution . In logistics-centric modules, participants walkthrough procure-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles, entering purchase orders, receiving goods, and generating invoices. They also explore plan-to-produce flows, including material planning and inventory tracking
Finance modules delve into general ledger, AP/AR processes, and cost controlling, reinforcing the unified nature of S/4HANA’s financial architecture. Tailored embedded analytics sessions enable participants to interpret live KPIs and create custom dashboards within Fiori applications .
Critical integration areas—SuccessFactors, Ariba, and broader Digital Core strategies—are covered along with SAP Activate methodology fundamentals . Data migration techniques, including the use of SAP’s Migration Cockpit, provide visibility into moving from ECC to S/4HANA
The capstone project guides learners through an end-to-end scenario connecting logistics, finance, and analytic processes, positioning them for success in taking the SAP C_TS410 – Business Process Integration certificate . - User interfaces: SAP GUI, Fiori Launchpad navigation basics
- Module 2: Organizational Structures & Master Data (4 hrs)
- Define company codes, plants, sales orgs, controlling areas, and business partners
- Master data fundamentals: material, customer, vendor, finance master records
- Module 3: Core Logistics – Procure-to-Pay & Order-to-Cash (6 hrs)
- MM: procurement processes, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification
- SD: sales orders, deliveries, billing, and integration with finance
- Module 4: Production & Inventory – Plan-to-Produce (5 hrs)
- Overview of PP processes: MRP, production orders
- Inventory management via transactional apps and analytics
- Module 5: Finance & Controlling (5 hrs)
- FI: general ledger, account payable/receivable, banking
- CO: cost centers, internal orders, profitability analysis
- Module 6: Quality & Supply Chain Fundamentals (3 hrs)
- Introduction to QM, integration flows across SCM, EWM, TM
- Module 7: Embedded Analytics & Reporting (4 hrs)
- Use embedded analytics, CDS views, Fiori apps, live reporting dashboards
- Module 8: S/4HANA Fiori & UX Customization (3 hrs)
- Configure Fiori Launchpad: tile setup, roles, authorization
- Personalization, adaptability features
- Module 9: Integration & Digital Core (3 hrs)
- S/4HANA integration with SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur; overview of SAP Activate methodology
