About Course
SAP HR/HCM Training is a comprehensive 40‑hour program designed to equip HR professionals and consultants with essential skills to streamline and automate human resource processes in SAP environments. Starting with foundational architecture and navigation, participants gain fluency in SAP GUI and system landscape essentials. The journey begins with organizational setup (company code, personnel areas, pay-scale structures) and Organizational Management (positions, objects, reporting hierarchies) to mirror real-world enterprise framework
Personnel Administration modules delve into infotypes, dynamic actions, hire-to-retire workflows, and structural changes, emphasizing data integrity and compliance management. Time Management sessions cover factory calendars, work schedules, absence/attendance configurations, CATS integration, and time evaluation—enabling accurate workforce tracking.
Payroll Configuration deepens technical proficiency with wage types, schemas, PCRs, off-cycle calculations, retro-pay processing, and integration with FI. Benefits and Compensation modules teach setup of entitlement plans, wage structure, and eligibility workflows.
Talent, Recruitment, and Personnel Development modules guide learners through vacancy posting, applicant tracking, skill proficiencies, appraisal cycles, and training/event management—supporting strategic HR capabilities. A dedicated session on travel and expense management configures travel requests, expense entries, and approval processes.
Reporting training focuses on HR-specific analytics using SAP Query, InfoSets, and delivered reporting tools. Integration labs demonstrate seamless linkages with FI/CO, MM, and SD. The program culminates in a capstone project: trainees execute a full HR cycle, from onboarding through time evaluation, payroll runs, and talent workflow, culminating in a presentation that readies them for SAP HCM Certification.
With practical hands-on labs, business-based project simulation, and certification preparation, graduates emerge capable of fulfilling roles such as SAP HCM Consultant, HR IT Specialist, or SAP Functional Analyst—confidently implementing, customizing, and supporting the SAP HR/HCM suite in global organizational settings.
