Course Overview
About Course
Salesforce Developer Training empowers participants to build scalable, secure, and robust applications on the Salesforce platform. Through 40 hours of structured and immersive learning, attendees master Apex programming, data access, UI development, and integration best practices.
The journey begins with understanding the Salesforce development ecosystem and setting up essential tools like Developer Edition orgs, Salesforce CLI, and VS Code.—critical for professional workflows
Next, learners dive deep into Apex fundamentals and object-oriented programming, constructing classes and leveraging control structures. They master SOQL and SOSL for efficient data retrieval and write optimized DML operations while navigating governor limits and bulk-processing requirements
Advanced Apex modules introduce trigger frameworks, ensuring modular, testable code, and asynchronous patterns (Batch, Queueable, future) for handling large data volumes and integrations. Real-world system workflows take shape through robust REST/SOAP API callouts.
The Lightning Web Components (LWC) section equips participants to build interactive UIs with modern web standards, seamlessly connected to Apex logic . They also learn Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines, aligning with agile project approaches.
Quality and reliability are enforced through unit testing, debug workflows, and maintaining 75%+ code coverage. Each module reinforces learning with practical assignments, culminating in a capstone project that integrates custom objects, triggers, LWC, integrations, and testing—simulating end-to-end solutions.
Certification prep focuses on Salesforce Platform Developer I, giving candidates confidence to pass the exam and showcase credentials. Continuous access to course content, Trailhead trails, and community support ensures post-course growth.
By training completion, learners will be adept at architecting and implementing complete Salesforce solutions—from backend Apex logic to user-facing components—well-prepared for advanced roles or certification success in the Salesforce developer ecosystem.

- Hands-on: set up and connect a Salesforce Developer Edition org.
Module 2: Apex Basics & Syntax (5 hrs)
- Understand Apex fundamentals: variables, data types, control flow, collections, exceptions.
- Lab: write simple classes and execute anonymous Apex.
Module 3: Object-Oriented Design in Apex (4 hrs)
- Dive into classes, methods, access modifiers, inheritance, interfaces, and test-driven development.
- Practice creating robust, reusable code structures.
Module 4: Data Access – SOQL & SOSL (4 hrs)
- Write SOQL for relational queries; use SOSL for text-based searches.
- Embed queries using variable binding in Apex.
Module 5: DML Operations & Governor Limits (4 hrs)
- Create, update, delete records with DML statements; enforce bulkification and avoid governor limit violations.
- Lab: optimize plug-and-play bulk operations.

- Learn asynchronous job patterns for large data volumes and callouts.
- Hands-on: craft batch jobs, queueables, and scheduled Apex.
Module 8: Lightning Web Components (LWC) (5 hrs)
- Build modern UI components using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Connect LWC with Apex back-end.
