Course Overview
About Course
PHP is one of the most widely-used server-side programming languages powering dynamic websites, web applications, and APIs. This 40‑hour PHP Training combines hands-on learning with advanced concepts to elevate both beginners and intermediate developers into confident professionals.
Beginning with foundational setup—installing PHP, configuring local environments, and understanding basic syntax and data types—early sections focus on control flow, arrays, string manipulation, and form processing. Learners dive into superglobals and secure handling of user input, setting the stage for building web-connected features.
Subsequent modules guide students through file handling, sessions, cookies, and full database integration using MySQL with PDO or mysqli, ensuring secure CRUD operations and transaction management. The transition to Object-Oriented PHP introduces classes, inheritance, namespaces, and advanced features like traits and reflection.
Beyond core language, participants explore API consumption and creation with REST and SOAP services, harnessing cURL and JSON/XML operations. Security is a priority: instruction covers prevention of SQL injection, XSS, secure password hashing, session hardening, and industry best practices.
The course also introduces popular frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.) and deployment workflows utilizing Composer, autoloaders, and code structuring to support maintainability and scalability. Learners finish with a capstone project—building a fully functional PHP web application incorporating forms, database access, OOP, session management, and API features.
All labs are led in live interactive sessions with real-world debugging and code review. Supplemental resources include curated slides, code samples, and quizzes. With 12-month access and career-focused support such as CV reviews and mock interviews, participants are well-equipped for web development pursuits. The course’s alignment with Zend certification further enhances professional credibility.
Graduates leave ready to architect secure, efficient, and feature-rich PHP web solutions—ideal for roles in backend development, full-stack engineering, or preparing for advanced web frameworks.
