About Course
Oracle Fusion SCM Training equips professionals to architect, implement, and optimize modern supply chain operations in a cloud-native environment. Over 40 hours, participants immerse in Oracle’s comprehensive Fusion SCM suite—covering inventory management, procurement, order fulfillment, planning, manufacturing, logistics, product lifecycle, maintenance, global trade, and analytics
Learners begin with system fundamentals—understanding the advantages of cloud-based SCM including scalability, AI-driven analytics, and IoT integration . They progress to Inventory Management, mastering item definitions, lot control, reservation rules, in‑transit flows, and replenishment logic
Procurement modules guide participants through supplier data setup, RFQs, PO workflows, matching scenarios, and the procure-to-pay lifecycle. Order Management classes explore order orchestration, pricing strategies, shipment integration, and fulfillment controls .
The curriculum includes Supply Chain Planning, covering demand forecasting, replenishment, S&OP collaboration, supported by analytics. Manufacturing and Maintenance sessions teach production scheduling techniques, discrete and process manufacturing configurations, along with IoT-enabled asset monitoring
For logistics, students configure warehouse and transportation systems, yard logistics, global trade compliance, and shipping patterns. Product Lifecycle Management teaches BOM handling, engineering revisions, and data governance
The training features Analytics via OTBI dashboards and reporting tools to track key KPIs and enable strategic decision-making . Data import/integration sessions utilize FBDI, REST APIs, and adapters to connect external systems . Security and governance modules focus on role-based access control, audit tracking, and compliance.
A culminating capstone project simulates a full SCM lifecycle—from procurement through to fulfillment—allowing real-time configuration, troubleshooting, and demonstration. Designed to align with Oracle’s SCM Cloud certification pathways (e.g., 1Z0‑1074), participants exit with both functional and technical competencies, plus a polished project ready for enterprise implementation roles as SCM Cloud Consultants or Solution Architects.
