Course Overview

About Course

This 40‑hour training bridges LLMOps (Large Language Model Operations) and AgentOps, equipping participants with both theoretical foundations and hands-on expertise. LLMOps focuses on the full lifecycle of deploying and managing LLMs: data preparation, prompt engineering, fine-tuning (including LoRA/PEFT), performance monitoring, versioning, security, bias mitigation, and scalable cloud/container deployments .It’s a specialized branch of MLOps that addresses the complexity and scale of LLMs, emphasizing infrastructure optimization, human feedback loops (RLHF), and observability

AgentOps builds upon this by managing autonomous agents—AI entities performing real-time, goal-oriented actions via APIs, sensors, or toolchains. It includes lifecycle phases (design, testing, deployment, maintenance), observability (decision tracing, anomaly alerting), multi-agent orchestration, continual learning, and enforcing ethical/safety protocols . While LLMOps ensures accurate, reliable model outputs, AgentOps ensures agents are traceable, auditable, and resilient in dynamic environments

This course combines both disciplines—providing labs in prompt tuning, fine-tuning, Docker/K8s deployment, CI/CD, and agent orchestration using tools like LangChain, Ray, Prometheus, MLflow, and vector DBs. The final capstone integrates a hybrid LLM + agent pipeline with monitoring, retraining, and governance—delivering a comprehensive training for operating modern AI systems end-to-end.
