Course Overview

About Course

Effective leadership hinges on strong self-awareness, emotional intelligence, strategic insight, and adaptive influence. Our 40‑Hour Leadership Training delivers a high-impact, experiential journey—blending theory, reflection, and practical application—to build resilient and inspiring leaders.

We begin with self-awareness, using 360° emotional intelligence assessments to lay a foundation for personal growth and interpersonal empathy . Transitioning into mindset development, participants study Kouzes & Posner’s renowned “Five Practices”—Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, Encourage the Heart—anchoring their leadership identity in clarity and purpose

Team formation modules focus on crafting high-performing, cohesive groups through purpose, roles, and interaction models. Communication and influence training emphasizes active listening, stakeholder alignment, and persuasion—building core collaborative skills noted in top leadership competencies .

Strategic decision-making and ethical governance scenarios prepare leaders to navigate ambiguity effectively. Meanwhile, coaching and delegation modules amplify capacity-building and create environments of empowerment. The program also centers on change leadership, equipping participants with frameworks for driving innovation and adaptability.

In conflict resolution, participants refine negotiation skills and inclusive dialogue to foster resolution and trust. Ethics and strategic vision workshops bring it all together—facilitating mission-driven leadership anchored in integrity and long-term planning.

Our capstone project synthesizes all elements through real-world challenge-solving—complete with reflections, peer feedback, and a structured leadership action plan  . Grounded in research from HBS, HBS Online, and Johns Hopkins, the program emphasizes experiential learning, 360° feedback, and coaching. It prepares leaders to shape culture, inspire teams, manage complexity, and lead change with credibility and confidence. Graduates emerge ready for roles requiring both personal leadership depth and strategic organizational impact.
